Who processes your data

BIPulse is operated by Advanced Management Solutions (AMS). AMS is the controller for data collected through bipulse.ca. You can reach us at the address in the footer of every page.

What we collect

  • Your answers to the 20 assessment questions.
  • The professional profile you supply: name, job title, department, company, city, country, phone, e-mail and industry.
  • Account details if you create one, including any name and e-mail address supplied by Google or Microsoft when you sign in through them.
  • Payment records. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.
  • Technical data needed to run the service: session cookies and server logs.
  • The home page shows a background video hosted by YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com). Loading it sends your IP address to Google, which may set cookies for playback.
  • When you open the payment window, your browser loads Stripe's own script (js.stripe.com) to collect card details. We never see or store your card number; only Stripe and your card issuer do.

Why we process it

To generate your report, to deliver it to you, to operate paid features, and — where you have agreed — to contact you about your results. Aggregated, de-identified scores may be used to improve the BIPulse benchmark model.

If your employer invited you

When you take the assessment through a company invitation, the administrator at your organisation sees departmental and company-wide aggregates, and the raw export of responses associated with the invited address. Please treat your answers as visible to your organisation.

Who else sees it

Our infrastructure and e-mail providers process data on our behalf under contract. Stripe processes payments as an independent controller. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Assessment records are retained while your account or your employer's programme is active, and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Unused invitation links expire automatically.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to marketing contact at any time. Write to us and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.

This notice describes how the platform is built to handle data. It is not legal advice, and AMS should have it reviewed against the jurisdictions it operates in before relying on it.
