The service

BIPulse is a Business Intelligence maturity diagnostic operated by Advanced Management Solutions (AMS). Using bipulse.ca means accepting these terms.

What the results are, and are not

Reports are an analytical opinion based on the answers supplied. They are not an audit, a certification, or a warranty of any outcome. Decisions taken on the basis of a report remain yours.

Accounts and invitation links

Keep your credentials confidential. Invitation links are single-use and personal; sharing one breaches these terms and distorts your organisation's results.

Payment

Paid individual reports are one-time purchases. Company plans are billed for the seat band and period shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because reports are generated immediately on purchase, refunds are handled case by case — contact us and we will be reasonable about it.

Intellectual property

The BIPulse questionnaire, scoring model, benchmark model and report templates are proprietary to AMS. Your own data, and the reports generated for you, remain yours to use inside your organisation.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of BIPulse is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are a working draft reflecting how the platform operates. AMS should have them reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on them commercially.
